White Chocolate and Pecan CookiesDeliciously moist and chewy drop cookies loaded with creamy white chocolate chips and crunchy pecans. Here is an easy dessert recipe White Chocolate and Pecan Cookies.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Beat together sugar and butter in large bowl until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.

Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder; add to the creamed mixture, stirring until just mixed. Fold in white chocolate chips and nuts, stirring until just mixed.

Spoon dough out onto a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom. Allow to cool slightly on the cookie sheet before removing to wire rack to finish cooling.

Makes about 2 dozens White Chocolate and Pecan Cookies. Store in an air-tight containers.
