1 cup water
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup butter
6 tablespoons buttermilk
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

Combine water, peanut butter and butter in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium high flame, stirring until smooth and free from lumps. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda. Add hot peanut butter mixture and stir to combine.

Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla to the bowl and mix well.

Pour batter into an 11X17-inch non-stick jellyroll pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

To make the frosting, Melt together butter, buttermilk, and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat.

Add vanilla and powdered sugar in batches, mixing well after each additin. Pour frosting over the warm cake. Cool to set the frosting before serving.
