Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie crust [RECIPE]
1 (4 oz.) bar semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs lightly with a fork or whisk. Add slightly cooled chocolate mixture and whisk until well combined.
Pour over prepared crust and even out using a spatula. Place pie on the bottom oven rack and bake for 30 minutes. Move to top oven rack and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
