1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked [RECIPE]
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup all purpose flour
3 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups chopped pecans (or any nuts of choir choice)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together milk, cocoa and butter. When the butter melts and the mixture is warm, remove from the heat. Stir in flour, eggs, vanilla and pecans; pour into the pie shell.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is firm.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
