1 package (18-oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 can (14-oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 cups freshly popped popcorn
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Line a 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" pan with foil; set aside.
In large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter, and cook under low heat. Stir occasionally until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
Stir in popcorn, nuts and vanilla. Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Remove from pan and cut into squares before srving.
