4 tablespoons self-raising flour
4 tablespoons sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons nutella
3 tablespoons milk
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Whipped cream topping (optional)
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Combine all cake ingredients in a large microwaveable coffee mug. Whisk until well-combined and there are no lumps.
Microwave on high for 1½– 3 minutes (time will depend on microwave).
To make the whipped cream, beat the heavy cream until almost stiff. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon on top of your Nutella Mug Cake.
