1 9-inch pie crust [RECIPE]
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup combination of milk and white chocolate chips
3/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, butter, flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar using high speed of electric mixer until combined.

Fold in chocolate chips, coconut flakes and nuts. Pour mixture into pie shell.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream if desired.
