2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, baking powder, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and chopped pecans in a bowl. Mix well; spread in prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until light brown. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 24 brownies.
